CONCORD — As the House winds down their work for year one of the two year session, last Thursday saw about 40 bills to consider.

Unlike full debates from both sides on the merits or issues with a particular bill, Thursday’s session was a very mundane day. The bills that were discussed did not come with the typical yea or nay (yes or no) vote, but rather concur or non-concur and were primarily voice votes.
