Corner House Inn and Bayswater Book Company will take residents on a culinary adventure to Tuscany with a cookbook dinner on Tuesday, Feb. 3 at Corner House Inn in Center Sandwich. This months featured cookbook is "La Mia Cucina Toscana" by New York restaurateur and native Tuscan Pino Luongo. In this book, Luongo has devised an original version of the food of Tuscany that draws on ingredients and inspiration from Italy, American and Asia. Luongo draws on recipes from his restaurants as well as on recipes he has created at home through improvision. Corner House has created a five-course menu from recipes in the book. The event begins at 6:30 p.m. and the cost is $26.95 per person, plus tax and gratuity. For more information and reservations, contact Corner House Inn at 284-6219.
