CONWAY — A Tamworth man was held without bail after leading police on a chase while throwing soda cans from his truck after being kicked out of a Conway convenience store on March 13. Philip Koda, 41, of Tamworth faces a list of charges stemming from the March 13, including two counts of reckless conduct/driving, conduct after an accident, disobeying an officer, three counts of littering and three counts of speeding.

He was ordered held without bail on Friday, March 20, pending a further bail hearing set for March 30.
