With so many "Health Improvement" options these days it's easy to get overwhelmed, and in many cases skeptical. There are hundreds of diets and lifestyles that all promise eternal perfection: beauty, longevity, health, and happiness. The even more surprising fact is that although all of these ideas have "proof of validity" and enthusiasts to lay claim, so many of them are completely contradictory. Nutrition is possibly the only science that can prove one theory, whilst continuing to prove its complete antithesis.
