“The hills are alive with the sound of music” for the month of March. Mountain Top Music will be presenting The Pete and Justice Show on March 6 at noon. Greg Huang-Dale and Tom Rebman provide an afternoon delight of American Folk, featuring the iconic songs of Pete Seeger and Woody Guthrie. First Friday concerts at the Brown Church in Conway Village are free, but donations to Mountain Top are greatly appreciated.
On Saturday, March 7, at 4 p.m. at the Tin Mountain Arts Center, the Mountain Top Community Orchestra will present a program of kid-friendly pieces designed to introduce young listeners to orchestra music. Included in the music will be selections from the scores of Harry Potter and themes from a variety of Pixar films. Admission is $10 per person and $20 per family.
