The year 2019 will bring some new fun, learning and gathering to the Conway Public Library community.
Now is the time to be thinking about health and wellness as the holidays are in session and the winter months are ahead. In order to keep fit, and reduce the winter blues, people need to find ways to move their bodies every day. Kids ages 8 to 12 are invited to join a free, four-session Zumba class with certified instructor Gisella Gambino. They will move to a Latin beat while incorporating interval training and fun in a safe environment. Sessions will take place in the Ham Room of the library at 1 p.m. every Saturday in January. Signups are appreciated by calling (603) 447-5552 or emailing Tessa Narducci at tnarducci@conwaypubliclibrary.org.
