LOVELL, Maine — Wood Frogs, Caddisflies, and Fairy Shrimp are among the residents of a significant vernal pool at the Heald and Bradley Ponds Reserve in Lovell.

The Greater Lovell Land Trust and Lakes Environmental Association have teamed up to co-sponsor an exploration of the pool on Saturday, April 27, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Meet at Fairburn parking lot (just after the boat launch) on Slab City Road in Lovell, Maine.
