FREEDOM — A program for small food manufacturers, including businesses processing food; farms with value-added products; dairies making milk-based products; and those operating with the Homestead Act and who are looking to expand, will be held Wednesday, March 4, and Thursday, March 19, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Camp Calumet at 1090 Ossipee Lake Road in Freedom.

Topics will include food safety fundamentals and planning; complying with FSMA; panel discussion on processing and selling food in New Hampshire; current good manufacturing practices and standard operating procedures.
