Greetings from the dance floor. The North Conway Community Center is pleased to announce that the Mount Washington Valley Stompers will be hosting round dancing classes here at the center on Sundays from 2 to 4 p.m.

The Mount Washington Valley Stompers Club originated in 1972. Round dancing is just one of the club’s offerings. Round dancing is choreographed ballroom dancing in which couples move around the floor in a circular pattern as they are prompted by the cuer. Unlike ballroom dancing, there is no lead partner. Instead, both dancers move according to the cuer’s instructions.
