Altrusa International of Carroll County, is honored to be the recipient of a grant of $1,000 from the Altrusa International Foundation. This grant will be used to continue the project called “Mail for Me.”
“Mail for Me” is a unique literacy program. Carroll County Altrusa members noticed that there was a need for quality reading material for children in some homes around Carroll County and developed this project to address that need.
