Alice Marie (McHugh) Clapp, 97, of Shelton, Conn., formerly of Greenfield, Mass., and Conway, N.H., passed away on May 28, 2023, with her loving family by her side.

Alice Marie (McHugh) Clapp

Alice was born in Corning, N.Y., on Nov. 26, 1925, to Vincent and Esther (Miller) McHugh. Alice graduated from Oneida High School in 1943 in Oneida, N.Y. She married Richard Clapp in 1950 in Greenfield, Mass., with whom she raised six children.
