CONWAY — Visiting Nurse Home Care and Hospice of Carroll County and Western Maine has appointed Charley Federico as operations manager, a newly created position that will support the organization’s administrative and operational functions while enhancing care coordination for patients throughout Carroll County and western Maine.

Federico brings more than 10 years of health-care operations leadership experience to the role, with expertise in operational efficiency, process improvement, change management and cross-functional team leadership.
