TAMWORTH — Know Your Numbers, a free health screening of your cholesterol levels, blood sugar and blood pressure is available Saturday, Sept. 6, from 9 a.m. to noon at the Tamworth Farmers Market, in the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of the Eastern Slopes parking lot, 30 Tamworth Road.

The screening takes less than five minutes, includes the results of the screenings and patient education, is free of charge, and open to the public. You must be 18 years or older to be screened.
