CONCORD — The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Public Health Services last week announced that the administrative rules related to the state's Indoor Smoking Act have been amended as a result of legislation passed last year.

The most significant change is that e-cigarettes and vaping devices will now be included under the definition of smoking, and will therefor not be allowed in enclosed workplaces, restaurants and bars.
