CONWAY — Several local people last Thursday were honored by the Mount Washington Valley Adult Day Center with its inaugural eldercare awards.
They were Terry Leavitt, health editor of The Conway Daily Sun, who was the recipient of the Media Awareness Award; Tammy Drew, service coordinator with the Brain Injury Association of N.H., and Alana Illsley, community health worker at MaineHealth, both receiving the Eldercare Advocate Award; Emily Beaulieu, RN, APRN, CDE, of the Saco River Medical Group and Rachel R. Hamilton, DO, of MaineHealth, both receiving the Eldercare Provider Award; and Dr. Marianne Jackson, who was honored with the Sue Ruka Lifetime Achievement Award.
