Want to be in a parade? The public is welcome and invited to join in Freedoms Old Home Week Parade on Saturday, July 30. "Freedom in Tuneis the theme for this years parade, that starts at 10 a.m. Katie Hemeon and Jessie Wheeler will be at the head of the parade, carrying the banner.Anyone who wants to be a participant must be at the Freedom Ball Field by 9 a.m. Because it takes a lot of work organizing all ofthe events that are part of the parade, the more people that register before hand, the easier it is for the volunteers. So Martha Boyd and Howie Bouve would appreciate getting calls before the big day, telling them all about your personal display.Marthas number is 539-1338 and Howies is 539-6311.
