CONWAY — Timothy Allen of Madison was awarded a Plan-NH scholarship for the sixth year in a row at a ceremony at the Capital Commons Building in Concord on June 20. He and seven other students were honored.
The annual awards evening also included the N.H. Construction Industry Ethics Award and the Merit Awards of Excellence in Planning, Design and/or Development of New Hampshire’s Built Environment.
