Devon Matthew Smith was born to Miranda Smith and Ken Martin, Jr., of Silver Lake, March 7, 2008 at 4:25 p.m. at The Memorial Hospital in North Conway. He weighed 7 pounds 9 ounces. He joins Kayla Ann Tuttle, 20 months. The maternal grandparents are John and Pheobe Rand, of Madison and Frank and Bonnie Smith of Albany. The paternal grandparents are Tammy Edwards and Dennis Buffington, of Brownfield, and Ken Martin, Sr. and partner Mark, of North Conway.
