Benjamin Aaron Shields was born Feb. 16, 2004 at Maine Medical Center in Portland to Paulette and Aaron Shields of Gorham, Maine. He weighed 9 pounds, 10 ounces. He joins his sister, Emma, 3. Grandparents are Martin and Edith Furnback Sr. of Freedom, Brenda Shields of Brownfield, Maine and Sam Shields of Rangeley, Maine. Great grandparents are Winifred German of Fredericksburg, Va. and Claude and Mary Linnell of Fryeburg.
