CONCORD — The Department of Business and Economic Affairs, Division of Travel and Tourism expects the forecast for visitors and spending for the state's summer travel season to total just under 4.6 million, with visitor spending anticipated to come in slightly below $2.6 billion.

Last Thursday, Gov. Kelly Ayotte joined with officials from BEA, New Hampshire State Parks and New Hampshire Fish and Game to unveil the summer forecast, preview the state’s seasonal marketing campaign and officially launch Wildly Responsible, a new safety and sustainability initiative.
