GLEN — The Valley Originals, a coalition of independent restaurants in New Hampshire’s Mount Washington Valley, is proud to announce that Terry O’Brien, longtime owner and general manager of the Red Parka Steakhouse & Pub in Glen, has been named president of the organization.

A respected leader in New Hampshire’s hospitality industry, O’Brien brings decades of experience to the role. She began working at the family-owned Red Parka Steakhouse & Pub in the 1970s and assumed full leadership of the business in 2000. Under her guidance, the restaurant has remained a cornerstone of the local dining scene, known for its welcoming atmosphere, high-quality food, and deep commitment to the community.
