CONWAY — Cranmore Mountain Lodge's lawsuit against the Kearsarge Lighting Precinct is scheduled to go to jury selection/trial in early November, 2026. Meanwhile, two other lawsuits are brewing in Superior Court. 

Cranmore Mountain Lodge, who are asking a federal court to award them $7 million in damages from the lighting precinct, claiming it unlawfully interfered with their business and also suggesting racial discrimination was at play.
