FREEDOM — Food insecurity is real! Vicki McVitty, director of the Freedom Food Pantry, will join be at the Effingham Public Library on Wednesday, Nov. 12, from 11 a.m.-noon to provide education about our local food insecurities as well as information on how to help fill in the gaps.
