Dog waste is ruining the experience of strolling through Whitaker Woods more than it should be, and  Conservation Commission Cathy Dowling and the Board of Selectmen discussed what to do about it at a selectmen’s meeting Nov. 4.

CONWAY — Dog waste is ruining the experience of strolling through Whitaker Woods more than it should be, told conservation commission member Cathy Dowling to selectmen at their regular meeting last week.

“When COVID hit, I noticed that there was so much dog waste along the path, so it made it unpleasant to walk,” said Dowling. “So I started scooping, and it’s more than I can handle.”
