CONWAY — RMS (Residential Mortgage Services Inc.) of 28 Norcross Circle in North Conway has ridden many ups and downs in the local real estate market, and branch manager Randy Guida and his wife, marketing assistant Michelle Guida, say that their business is running smoothly.

“We are continuing to serve customers using email and online applications as well as phone conversations to conduct mortgage applications and pre-approval requests,” Randy Guida said. “Communicating electronically is nothing new for us — and my Realtor friends have long known in my nearly 40 years in lending and real estate that I am available 24-7, as that has been my claim to fame along with personalized customer service.”
