BARTLETT — Featuring blue skies, plenty of snow on the ground and lots of chocolate, the Mount Washington Valley Ski Touring and Snowshoe Association’s 31st Inn-to-Inn Chocolate Festival on Sunday was the best attended ever, officials said.
The festival was held from 11 a.m.-4 p.m., with a shuttle operating from noon-5 p.m. between the participating stops in North Conway and Intervale.
