Attorney O'Connor has over 16 years experience in the above-mentioned areas of law. He received his law degree from Franklin Pierce Law Center. He has been a member of the New Hampshire Bar since 1997 and is a member of the NH Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys. He has completed the Practitioners Course of the US Department of Transportation National Highway Traffic Safety Administration for Standard Field Sobriety Testing.
