Chalmers Insurance Group Promotes Caitlin Earle to Office Coach

OSSIPEE — Chalmers Insurance Group, one of the region's largest independent insurance agencies, has announced the promotion of Ossipee Commercial Lines Account Manager, Caitlin Earle, AAI-M, ACSR, CPIA to office coach.

Chalmers Insurance Group has made a major commitment to investing in coaching. It recently offered a new program to a select group of employees. Titled "The Coaching Leader: Training the 'Office Coach,'" this innovative program,(which has been granted 41.25 Coaching CCE's by the International Coaching Federation, is providing office coaches with the emotional and social intelligence skills needed to become more mindful, empathetic coaching leaders.
