Greetings folks: Before I tell you all about this week's recipe, I want to thank Julie and Larraine Moreno and "Molly" for the lovely letter they sent me. I will certainly try their recipe and let you know how much I like it. Today, since Thanksgiving is almost here, I am sharing a recipe I received over a year ago from a Glen resident. Please try it. It is fantastic. Bon apetit. SWEDISH APPLE PIE Fill pie plate 2/3 full with pealed, sliced apples. Sprinkle with 1 tbs. sugar and 1 tbs. cinnamon.In small bowl combine:1 Cup sugar1 Cup flour1 egg1/2 Cup chopped nutspinch of saltPour over apples and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
