Local Survivor contestant reportedy departs early from seriesEnquirer targets Debb Eaton's relationship with stepstonBarbara TetreaultTHE BERLIN DAILY SUNMILAN Don't bet the farm on local corrections officer Debb Eaton winning the latest Survivor II series.The web site that tracks rumors and information on anything remotely connected to the show is predicting an early exit for Eaton. Survivorsucks.com speculates Eaton is one of the first two to be booted off. Much of the so-called evidence for her early departure stems from an E! Entertainment TV report on the show. Two contestants Eaton and Kel Gelson are missing from the footage shown of day seven's Water Torture challenge. At the Entertainment Tonight website, the photos of both Eaton and Gelson are reported to stick out. And neither of the two are mentioned in a TV Guide article on Day 7.Rumors floating around the Milan area also report she does not make it to the later stages of the series.Eaton apparently is the first of the Survivor II contestants to find herself featured in the Enquirer weekly tabloid. The gossip magazine reports that Eaton's fiancee, Robert Eaton, is also her step-son. Eaton's late husband, Don Eaton, a former state trooper and lieutenant with Auburn Police Department, died in 1997 after nearly 17 years of marriage.After his father's death, Bobby Eaton, who was separated from his wife, moved into his stepmother's home, and a romance developed between the two according to the Enquirer. On the CBS Survivor Web page, Debb Eaton describes her life as perfect since she met the man of her dreams, bought a home with him in Milan and both of them became corrections officers. The Enquirer reports that the 45-year-old Eaton is 11 years older than her fiancee.In other news, the Nashua Telegraph reported that Eaton broke her left collarbone in a snowmobiling accident in the North Country. Eaton had her left arm in a sling last week while visiting two former law firms in Nashua where she worked before becoming a corrections officer. Eaton was born Debb Rich in Cudahy, Wis. Her parents moved to Milwaukee when she was a senior in high school. Eaton has a son who is currently a sergeant in the Marines stationed at the U.S. Embassy in Beijing.The hype on Survivor II The Australian Outback, is escalating as the series nears its television debut right after the Super Bowl on Jan. 28.
