(WMUR) CONCORD — Attorney General John M. Formella released Tuesday the identity of the police officer who discharged his firearm during a shooting incident May 21 in Milan, in which Zachary Gagne, 37, was injured.

The officer who discharged his firearm during the incident was Berlin Police Corporal Jason Silva, according to the news release Tuesday from Formella’s office. Corporal Silva has been a law enforcement officer for the city of Berlin for almost 5 years, the release said.
