CONWAY — Settlers Green hosted its third annual Plein-Air Competition during Art Night at Settlers Green on Friday, July 10, and has selected a winner from the four artists who competed.

Artist Jessica Fligg of Ashland was selected as the winner for her oil painting depicting the scene at Trails End Ice Cream in the Courtyard at Settlers Green.
