CONWAY — M&D Playhouse’s production of Harvey Fierstein’s “Torch Song,” a portrait of a gay man in the 1970s, is a reminder of the power of theater.
“Torch Song,” which opened Thursday, Sept. 19, at the Eastern Slope Inn Playhouse in North Conway with performances Thursday through Sunday through Sept. 29, is an abridged version of Fierstein’s “Torch Song Trilogy.”
