CONWAY — M&D Playhouse will be holding auditions for "A Christmas Carol," by Charles Dickens and adapted by director Christopher Bellis at the Eastern Slope Inn Playhouse at 2760 White Mountain Highway in North Conway on Sunday, Oct. 2, and Monday, Oct. 3, at 6:30 p.m.

Performers of all ages and genders are encouraged to try out for this production which will feature Scrooge as a female. No experience required — just enthusiasm.
