CONWAY — Selectmen on Tuesday unanimously selected Glenn W. Harmon Jr. out of five applicants to serve as the  at-large representative on the town’s new Capital Improvement Program Committee.

Voters in April approved Article 17 by a wide margin that directed selectmen to create the committee to help the town "prepare and amend each budget cycle a recommended program of improvement projects projected over a period of at least six years.”
