EATON — Distinguished violinist Aaron Pettengill will team up with pianist George Wiese for a concert of Beethoven’s "Violin Sonata No. 5" (The “Spring” Sonata) and Schumann’s "Violin Sonata No. 2" on Saturday, June 2, at 7:30 p.m. at the Little White Church in Eaton.

These dramatic pillars of the classical repertoire have long been revered by performers and audiences alike. The light, airy phrases of Beethoven’s “Spring Sonata" and the dramatic intensity of Schumann’s "D Minor Sonata" create a perfect musical partnership, brimming with playful melodies, virtuosic outbursts, and all the dramatic elements of classical music that excite an audience.
