In 2020, while we were stuck home trying to flatten the curve during the first year of the COVID pandemic, we all had to figure out how to keep busy. Some started baking bread, others started a podcast or learned the latest TikTok dance. Ava Frechette started writing a book.

On June 10, four years to the day she started working on it, “Divided,” Frechette’s first novel, will be released.
