CONWAY — The Kennett High boys’ basketball team is starting to find its identity as a hard-nosed defensive squad that values each possession on offense. That formula has seen the Eagles open the 2024-25 season with a 3-2 record in Division II play.

The hometown flock went 2-0 during Rivalry Week last week, topping Carroll Country neighbors Kingswood 39-37 in a thriller on Jan. 7 and then going on the road to beat Plymouth 49-48 on Friday night.
