FRYEBURG — The Fryeburg Academy boys’ soccer team is on a roll and making a late-season bid for a playoff berth. The Raiders head into the final two weeks of the regular season riding a three-match unbeaten streak while posting three consecutive shutouts.

FA beat Freeport (4-4) 1-0 in Atwood Stadium on Oct. 2 to start the win streak, and followed that up with a 1-0 double-overtime victory in the local derby against rivals Lake Region in Naples, Maine, last Tuesday, and closed out the week with 5-0 victory over Sacopee Valley in Hiram, Maine, on Thursday night.
