CONWAY — The Kennett High girls’ lacrosse team closed the regular season in style on Friday, by celebrating its four seniors and then routing rivals Kingswood 15-5 to finish with the most wins in a season in the program’s brief four-year history as a varsity squad.

Eagles, who finished 8-6, came oh-so-close to securing a home playoff game, but the No. 9 seeds will be on the road at No. 8 Goffstown (11-7) on Tuesday at 5 p.m. in the opening round of the Division II playoffs.
