CONWAY — It was another productive week on the pitch for the Kennett High boys’ soccer team. The Eagles went 2-0-1 in three matches to remain in the chase to host a home playoff match next month.
The hometown flock dominated Pinkham Notch rivals Berlin 4-1 at home under the lights in Gary Millen Stadium on Sept. 21; followed that up with a scoreless draw at home with John Stark on Wednesday; and closed out the week by winning the local derby over Carroll County rivals Kingswood 3-1 in Wolfeboro to spoil the Knights’ homecoming on Saturday.
