The Kennett High football team closed the book on the regular season just as it has done for the past 11 falls by hoisting the prestigious Carroll County Championship Trophy. The Eagles dominated archival Kingswood 41-8 on Friday night in Wolfeboro to retain the trophy and bragging rights.

Kennett led 41-0 at halftime as the boys from Conway finished the Division II season with a 4-4 record just one spot out of the playoffs.
