CONWAY — In a game that went down to the wire, Coe-Brown Northwood Academy outscored the Kennett High girls’ basketball team by six in the fourth-quarter to pull away for a 44-37 victory on Friday in Northwood.

The win gave the the Bears a slight measure of revenge after falling to Eagles 59-36 last February in the Division II playoffs as the girls from Conway punched their ticket into the Elite Eight and eventually went on to play for the championship.
