CONWAY — Badger Realty’s Brenda Leavitt has announced that Eileen Difeo has joined Badger Realty as an agent, specializing residential real estate.

Previously the on-site real estate sales manager for Kearsarge Brook Condominiums at Cranmore, she will continue as that development’s co-listing agent, working in concert with Michele Jordan.

“We’re especially pleased to welcome Eileen to our team as we’ve had the pleasure of working with her at Kearsarge Brook for nearly two years,” said Leavitt when making the announcement. “She’s the consummate professional and will be a terrific asset to both buyers and sellers.”

“I’m so thrilled to be at Badger and to be building a career and a life here,” Difeo said. “Badger has been in the valley for more than 54 years and has such a strong reputation.  There’s a real feeling of being part of a family. We have a terrific support staff, and it’s a team effort with every transaction.”

“It’s been great to be part of the Kearsarge Brook project,” she said. “We already have presold several units in the next phase, with groundbreaking and construction to start in the fall. I’m also enjoying getting to work with first-time homeowners. It’s a new adventure every day.”

Difeo brings a strong background in residential real estate to her new position.

“I started in real estate six years ago in Massachusetts, where I was a Senior Listing Specialist with Redfin, a promotion I received based on the number of closings and positive reviews I’d received," Difeo said. "So much goes into assisting buyers and sellers, and there are so many moving parts. Buying or selling a home is often the biggest transaction of a person’s life, so I strive to listen carefully to every client’s particular needs so that I can help them to achieve their goals as efficiently as possible.”

While she has only lived full-time in the Mount Washington Valley since October 2017, Difeo knows the area well. Her parents honeymooned in the valley in the 1970s, and bought a house here 25 years ago.

“I learned to ski here in the valley as a child, and spent a lot of time here growing up. Now I can’t imagine living anywhere else,” Difeo said.

Difeo can be reached at Badger Realty’s North Conway office by calling (603) 356-5757.
