FRYEBURG — With a lot to learn, players on the Fryeburg Academy field hockey team are relying on their natural abilities to be competitive in their schedule. With the second half of the season winding down, Coach Dede Frost is hoping the Raiders can get better every day.

The Raiders (2-8) gave their fans plenty to cheer about on Oct.6 when they won a 2-1 double overtime nail-biter against Greely (3-4-2) in Atwood Stadium. It was a nice come from behind victory for Fryeburg.
