CONWAY — From the campaign trails for New Hampshire’s first-in-the-nation primary Feb. 11, to the ski and touring trails of the valley fresh after this week’s snow, there’s a lot of excitement this weekend for political and snowsports enthusiasts alike.

Among the field, we know that Rep. Tulsi Gabbard is a snowboarder who recently visited Cranmore to take a few runs after holding an editorial board with The Conway Daily Sun. In her interview with the Sun, Sen. Amy Klobuchar said being from Minnesota, she’s familiar with the cold, and that she is a snowmobiler.
