In New Hampshire, you can get DWI while riding a bicycle.

According to the League of American Bicyclists, under state law bicycles in New Hampshire are considered vehicles. Since the state doesn’t make a distinction between vehicles with or without motors, those on a bicycle can get ticketed for driving under the influence and can be subject to the same stiff fines that come with operating a vehicle with a motor or not.
