A little over a year after Memorial Hospital’s trustees voted in favor of unification with MaineHealth, the North Conway hospital went live Saturday with the Epic electronic records system. According to Memorial’s interim CEO, Lee Myles, close to half of all hospitals in the U.S. already use Epic, and the much-anticipated switch will allow diagnostic and other data to be seamlessly shared and analyzed both internally and externally.
