To the editor:

Winston Churchill famously said: “Some men change their party for the sake of their principles; others change their principles for the sake of their party.” Watching politicians on TV talk shows, and in congressional hearings, talking about the Mueller Report’s conclusions, or Donald Trump’s border policies, is like watching a circus acrobat contorting to kiss his own rear end.
