The Fanfare Concert Band is gearing up for another season of outdoor concerts in Naples and Casco. The concerts will be scheduled for Thursday evenings at 7 p.m. in July in Naples and August in Casco. Director, Stan Buchanan has been working all winter putting together an outstanding program of music with great audience appeal. It will include a diverse selection of familiar music from Broadway shows, TV programs, jazz medleys and familiar toe-tapping tunes.
In Naples, the concerts take place in the picturesque amphitheater “under the bridge” … well, not really under the bridge. There is parking and easy access by sidewalk and path on the eastern side of the causeway. In this secluded spot the afternoon sun on the water, the music and the natural beauty all around creates a special charm.
